PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Q:What payment methods does Audiologyusa.com accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted via PayPal, as are direct payments via Paypal.

 

Q: When will payment be deducted?

A: At the time your order is placed, your credit card is pre-authorized and you will receive a confirmation at the email address you supplied. Your card will then be charged when your order is shipped.

 

POLICY INFORMATION:

Q: What is Audiology’s exchange/return policy?

A: Audiology products include a ninety day manufacturer’s warranty period against defect in workmanship or malfunction. Details for each product’s warranty can be found on the packaging for each specific product. If you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange please contact us for complete instructions. Please have your dated receipt available as proof of purchase as no refunds, returns or exchanges will be honored without a proper dated receipt.

 

REFUND POLICY:

All orders placed on Audiologyusa.com can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for a refund in the form of payment that was used as long as the items in question are unopened and in their original condition. The refund policy does not cover shipping charges. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the shipping charges to send the product back to us. If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or a third party vendor, please refer to their return policy for details.

 

EXCHANGE:

Products purchased from Audiologyusa.com, one of our retailers or a third party vendor, may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of the date of purchase. If your product is eligible, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply and may not be eligible.

 

Q: How do I become an Audiology dealer?

A: If you are a brick and mortar or online retailer and wish to carry Audiology products please contact us.

 

ORDER INFORMATION:

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: As we strive to process orders as quickly as we can, there is only a short period of time to make a cancellation. Once an order has reached the “processing” phase, changes are not able to be made. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Q: Can I change the address on my order after I’ve placed it?

A: In rare cases, we are able to change an incorrect or incomplete address but this is not always possible. As we strive to process orders as quickly as we can, there is only a very short window of time to make a change*. If you need to change an address, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

*Once an order has been shipped, it may not be eligible for an address change. However, if the order is eligible, any shipping fees associated with the address change will be the responsibility of the customer who placed the order.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Once an order is placed, it will normally take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are defined as Monday thru Friday. Please be aware that orders placed after 5pm EST or on a weekend will not process until the next business day.

 

Q: Will Audiology ship to multiple addresses?

A: Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that you require to be shipped to more than one location, you will have to place separate orders for each address.

 

Q: I am outside of the United States, can I still place an order on Audiologyusa.com?

A: Audiology currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. For other countries, please contact Audiology dealers in your area. For this information, please contact us.

 

Q: Does Audiology ship to Military APO's or PO Boxes?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: After you order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email notifying you of your tracking number*. For more information, simply log into your Audiologyusa.com account and click the Order tab.

 

*If you placed an order using a “Guest Account,” you will not be able to view this information.

Q: What products are compatible with Audiology earphones and headphones?

A: Audiology products without built-in microphones will work with any universal music devices containing a 3.5mm port (MP3 players, iPods, CD Players, etc.). The following list of devices are guaranteed to work with our products that contain built-in microphones:

iPhone 4

iPhone 3GS

iPad (1st and 2ndGeneration)

iPod Touch (2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generation)

iPod Classic (2009)

iPod Nano (4th, 5th, and 6th Generation)

iPod Shuffle (3rd and 4th Generation)

MacBook Pro

 

We cannot guarantee complete functionality for any devices not listed above, however, all smartphones, PCs and laptops with a standard 3.5mm jack should have limited to full functionality with our products that contain built-in microphones.
